Yes! Flexibility is the by product of the asana practice not a pre-requisite. Flexibility improves with time and is not the goal of yoga.

What are Sliding Scale Payment Options/Financial Support

When we go through difficult times (losing a job, health problems, refugee status) or when we have less disposable income (student, low income status), wellness becomes even less accessible even though we may be needing it more. This becomes a vicious cycle. I am try to make my courses accessible to everyone, by offering financial support to those in need. Sliding scale means participants can pay for this course the highest amount they can afford to pay, based on their specific situation and needs. Please get in touch to explain your situation.
