 About


Payal is a yoga and meditation teacher , as well as a certified coach from the Human Potential Institute®, USA. Having stepped on to the mat at 17, she did her training with Yogalife® and Prana Flow® in India & Europe. Over the years, Payal has also studied and learned from many inspiring meditation and yoga teachers worldwide. 

She believes that everyone has the potential to achieve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being through practices like yoga asanas, pranayama, meditation, ayurveda, yoga nidra, self-inquiry, and coaching. With over 12 years of teaching experience, Payal has helped people from different backgrounds improve their self-awareness, mental health and overall wellbeing.

Payal holds a Masters’s degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Luebeck, Germany, and has conducted scientific research on the effects of music meditation on brain waves. She has also worked in the field of Digital Health and Wellness technology in Switzerland, Canada, and Dubai. Currently, Payal leads Program Management of  Content at Muse™ by Interaxon.

Payal has led group workplace mindfulness, meditation, and yoga sessions for stress management, building resilience, and emotional intelligence for corporate clients such as Prime Ministers Office, Reebok, Novartis, Marriot, Hilton, Daimler, Knauf with Mindfulness Dubai and The Work Place Yogi LLC. Additionally, she has taught & coached individuals, executives, and employees for improved physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing in Germany, Switzerland, Belgium, Dubai, India, and Canada.
